Sarah Welch receives 2016-2017 Dean's Challenge Fellowship award

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences has awarded our graduate assistant, Sarah Welch, with the 2016-2017 Dean's Challenge Fellowship. This fellowship awards graduate students for going above-and-beyond what is required of them in their academic careers at Mason.

The Dean's Challenge Fellowship was established in 2007 to acknowledge exceptional graduate students who have excelled while making academically-challenging choices. The recipients of this award receive a fellowship to help with their educational expenses. The Dean's Challenge is funded by generous donations from friends of the college.
